What is the eManWeb solution?

How does eManWeb work?
  • Your content is hosted and maintained on our central eManWeb servers by our dedicated IT staff. Fully secure and backed-up nightly
  • Your content, including OEM subscriptions*, maintenance manuals, web links, and other electronic files are provided by you to upload to eManWeb
  • The eManWeb Admin. uploads and organizes all content under your supervision
  • We train your Technical Librarian and end-users after all provided content has been fully-tested
  • New content, revisions, and any other changes are made by the Technical Librarian or the eMan Admin., depending on the content. 
  • The eManWeb Admin. is available to work with you to ensure the most user-friendly and most efficient access to your content
  • Monthly usage, content management, and user activity reports are generated monthly as you need them. All data is exportable for long-term storage

* All OEM subscriptions must be maintained in accordance with terms and conditions of respective OEM
