The eManWeb solution revolutionizes the management, distribution and access of all OEM aircraft maintenance and repair information. By centralizing a single-copy of each OEM application, subscription, manual, or other electronic file on eManWeb’s secure servers, all authorized users have unlimited access to the data 24/7/365.

The eMan solution eliminates the need for physically installing OEM applications and revisions on the end-user client machines.  Customers may install any OEM application, maintenance manual. ERP application, electronic file, etc. on their own secure data server. Uploading the data to eManWeb’s secure data facility is simple and secure with our electronic upload/download FTP process. 

eMan also automates read and initial programs by automatically recording user acceptance for any information that requires acknowledgment.

With only one copy of any maintenance manual available to view, the tracking and distribution of physical copies of aircraft manuals, TR's
and Service bulletins are no longer required, resulting in improved version and revision control, safety and efficiency of the whole documentation process.

How does eManWeb work?

The eManWeb solution is a full thin-client, Microsoft .NET, server-based software solution that runs on commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS based hardware and software hosted by AviIT on our secure servers located at our eManWeb host facility in St. Louis, Mo.

Like the client-server version of eMan, eManWeb offers a full-suite of powerful browser-based administration tools to control, manage and administer all electronic format documentation specifically for each of our customers. Each eManWeb customer has dedicated storage space, ensuring security at all times. The eMan solution is managed and maintained by our in-house eManWeb Administrators with decades of technical publications experience.

The eManWeb solution is configured according to the customer, and access is granted to end-users based on their specific need.  eManWeb administrators work with you to ensure correct and timely content placement. The eManWeb admin. also coordinates with the customer to properly associate and display the information and to update new revisions as instructed.  Simply upload your revisions to eManWeb and instantly make your data available to all authorized users. You control the content, you control the version, you control the user access. Your data remains on eManWeb until you request deletion or revision. Confirmation of any and all changes are done in real-time. It’s that simple.

What’s more, No IT resources are required, no client machines to update. Since only one version of the content is available at any given time, you can be assured that only the most recent version of the data will be available for use.

The eManWeb admin will provide the technical librarian with personal, one-on-one training.  End-users are also given access training via GoToMeeting sessions for added flexibility.
